  • 400g - Paneer (crumbled)
  • 4 medium-sized - Onions (finely chopped)
  • 3 - Green chillies (finely chopped)
  • a handful - Green peas
  • 4 to 5 tbsp - oil
  • 3 big - Tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsp - red chilly powder
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - finely chopped Coriander leaves (to garnish)
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Paneer bhurji with green peas:

    1. Boil the green peas and keep it aside.
    2. Heat oil in a kadai.
    3. Saute onions and green chillies on a low flame till the onions are light pink in colour.
    4. Add tomatoes and saute till the tomatoes are a bit tender.
    5. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt.
    6. Saute on a low flame till the oil separates.
    7. Add paneer and boiled green peas.
    8. Mix it gently and let it simmer for a few minutes.
    9. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot with rotis.
