Ingredients

  • 150 g - paneer (crumbled)
  • 2 - onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 - tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 3 to 4 - green chillies chopped
  • A few curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 1 tsp - jeera-dhania powder
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • salt
  • 3 tsp - fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp - butter
  • coriander leaves for garnish

How to Make Paneer Burji

  • Fry the onions in the butter along with the curry leaves, till golden brown.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and fry few minutes.
  • Add turmeric, jeera-dhania powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
  • Then, add the paneer and stir-fry for a minute.
  • Mix in the cream and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Tastes yummy with roti, naan or even with bread.
