Ingredients

  • 150 g - Paneer (crumbled)
  • 2 - Onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 - Tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 3 to 4 - Green chillies chopped
  • A few Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - jeera-dhania powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • salt
  • 3 tsp - fresh Cream
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • How to Make Paneer Burji:

    1. Fry the onions in the butter along with the curry leaves, till golden brown.
    2. Add the chopped tomatoes and fry few minutes.
    3. Add turmeric, jeera-dhania powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
    4. Then, add the paneer and stir-fry for a minute.
    5. Mix in the cream and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
    6. Tastes yummy with roti, naan or even with bread.
