Ingredients

  • 500g - Paneer
  • 2 - Capsicum
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup - oil
  • How to Make Paneer Capsicum:

    1. Cut the capsicum lengthwise. Cut the paneer.
    2. Take oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds. When the seeds start to splutter, add onions and green chillies. Saute till the onions get transparent.
    3. Add the capsicums, cover and cook till the vegetables are almost cooked.
    4. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
    5. Cook uncovered for 2 mins and then add the paneer.
    6. Cook uncovered for 10 mins stirring occasionally.
    7. Serve it with rotis.
