How to Make Paneer carrot paratha

  • To make paratha stuffing:
  • Grate the carrot and finely chop the onion.
  • Put the paneer in hot water for 10 mins.
  • Drain the water and crumble them by hand.
  • Cut the green chillies into fine pieces. Chop the coriander leaves, too.
  • In a kadai, add a tsp of oil and put the cumin, the green chillies, onions, carrots and the crumbled paneer. Saute for 3-5 mins.
  • Add the turmeric powder, salt as needed and finally add the chopped coriander leaves.
  • Allow the mixture to cool.
  • Add the lemon juice to it and mix well.
  • To make paratha:
  • Knead the wheat flour into a soft pliable dough with some water and salt.
  • Take lemon-sized balls of the dough, roll it into rotis.
  • Place the stuffing on it. Roll it carefully into thick parathas.
  • Heat the tawa and shallow fry the parathas.
