  • 2 cups - Wheat flour
  • 1 - Carrot
  • 7 - Paneer cubes
  • 1 - Onion
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • Coriander leaves - a few
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin
  • 2 tsp - Lemon juice
  • Turmeric powder - a pinch
  • Water to knead.
  • How to Make Paneer carrot paratha:

    1. To make paratha stuffing:
    2. Grate the carrot and finely chop the onion.
    3. Put the paneer in hot water for 10 mins.
    4. Drain the water and crumble them by hand.
    5. Cut the green chillies into fine pieces. Chop the coriander leaves, too.
    6. In a kadai, add a tsp of oil and put the cumin, the green chillies, onions, carrots and the crumbled paneer. Saute for 3-5 mins.
    7. Add the turmeric powder, salt as needed and finally add the chopped coriander leaves.
    8. Allow the mixture to cool.
    9. Add the lemon juice to it and mix well.
    10. To make paratha:
    11. Knead the wheat flour into a soft pliable dough with some water and salt.
    12. Take lemon-sized balls of the dough, roll it into rotis.
    13. Place the stuffing on it. Roll it carefully into thick parathas.
    14. Heat the tawa and shallow fry the parathas.
