Ingredients

  • 200 g - low cal paneer
  • 200 g - channa, soaked overnight
  • 1/4 cup - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 3 - large onions chopped
  • 2 - large tomatoes
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala powder

How to Make Paneer Channa Masala

  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  • Once they crackle, add the onions to it and saute.
  • Now, add the ginger garlic paste and tomatoes. Continue sauteeing.
  • Add the channa and saute well. Then add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.
  • Add all the remaining spices and cook on low heat.
  • When almost done, add the low calorie paneer and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Once done, serve with roti.
