Ingredients

  • 200 gms - Paneer
  • 150 gms - cheese (grated)
  • 100 gms. - potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 10 gms - whole Wheat flour (atta)
  • 5 gms - ginger, cut finely in pieces
  • 5 gms - garlic, cut finely
  • 5 gms - green Coriander leaves
  • 2 gms - ajwain
  • Butter for serving
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Paneer cheese ki Seekh

  • Mix the potatoes, cheese and paneer and keep aside.
  • Then add flour and all the other ingredients.
  • Now take the paneer mixture and wrap it over in seekh sticks and cook in a tandoor for 10 mins.
  • When the paneer mixture turns golden brown, then remove from the tandoor and put butter and serve with dhania-pudina ki chutney.
