Ingredients

  • Paneer - 200 g
  • Eggs hard boiled - 3 (cut into halves)
  • Tomatoes - 3
  • Onions - 2
  • Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Green Chillies - 2
  • Curd - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Paneer-Egg Curry

  • Fry paneer.
  • Chop onions and tomatoes finely.
  • Slice green chillies lengthwise.
  • Heat oil in a vessel. Fry onions and chillies till golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and fry again.
  • Add tomatoes and fry till the oil separates.
  • Then, add paneer, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and curd.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and hard-boiled eggs.
  • Serve hot with rotis or fried rice.
