Ingredients

  • Basmati Rice - 1 cup
  • Paneer - 100 g
  • Onion - 2 medium, chopped
  • Capsicum - 1, chopped
  • Celery - 2 tbsp, chopped
  • Cabbage - 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Ajinomoto - a pinch (optional)
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion - 1/2 bunch, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • How to Make Paneer Fried Rice with Veggies:

    1. Soak rice for 1/2 an hour.
    2. Add salt and cook it. Keep it aside.
    3. In a wok, add butter, saute the onion, till soft.
    4. Add all the vegetables, one by one, stirring, for a few seconds.
    5. Add paneer and saute, for about 10 to 20 seconds.
    6. Then add rice.
    7. Fry it, add ajinomoto, pepper powder and salt to taste.
    8. Garnish with spring onion.
    9. Serve hot with a spicy side dish.
