How to Make Paneer in spicy tomato sauce

  • Cut four tomatoes and grind it with garlic in the mixer. Roast cumin and coriander seed and grind to fresh powder.
  • In a heavy bottom pan heat oil and fry the paneer cubes till lightly brown. Keep the paneer aside and in the same oil put the tomatoes and garlic mixture .
  • When it boils put the paneer and let it be cooked till done.
  • Before taking out of the oven sprinkle the dry masala.
  • Garnish it with green coriander and serve it with hot chapatis.
