How to Make Paneer Jhalfrezi Sauteed

  • Heat oil and add jeera.
  • When it crackles, add ginger and garlic paste and saute.
  • Add diced onion and diced capsicum, toss for a minute.
  • Add dry masalas and toss.
  • Add diced paneer, chopped coriander and malt vinegar or lemon juice.
  • Cook for 1 to 2 mins.
  • Add diced tomatoes and cook for another 2 mins.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander.
