Ingredients

  • 1.5 inch (200 g) - diced Paneer
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - Capsicum
  • 1 - Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger and Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - malt vinegar/lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 3/4 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Paneer Jhalfrezi Sauteed:

    1. Heat oil and add jeera.
    2. When it crackles, add ginger and garlic paste and saute.
    3. Add diced onion and diced capsicum, toss for a minute.
    4. Add dry masalas and toss.
    5. Add diced paneer, chopped coriander and malt vinegar or lemon juice.
    6. Cook for 1 to 2 mins.
    7. Add diced tomatoes and cook for another 2 mins.
    8. Garnish with chopped coriander.
