Ingredients

  • 1 cup - grated Paneer
  • 1 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp - fine bread crumbs
  • 4 Green chillies chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger crushed
  • 1/2 tsp - Garlic crushed
  • 1/2 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 bread slice
  • salt to taste
  • oil to deep fry
  • How to Make Paneer Kababs:

    1. Wet the bread slice and squeeze out extra water. Crush coarsely.
    2. Mix all ingredients, except oil and bread crumbs.
    3. Gently knead into a dough.
    4. Make Ping-Pong sized balls and roll in the crumbs to coat the balls.
    5. Heat oil, deep fry the balls on medium fire, till golden brown.
    6. Serve hot with sauce or tamarind chutney
