  • 1 cup - slightly mashed fresh cottage cheese.
  • 1/2 cup - Milk powder (full cream)
  • 1/2 cup - powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - fresh Curd
  • A pinch of Cardamom powder
  • Silver sheets, optional

How to Make Paneer Kalakand

  • Mix all the ingredients well and put in a greased tin. Steam it for 15 mins.
  • Cut in square pieces when cools down.
  • Refrigerate before serving.
  • Decorate it with silver sheets.
