Ingredients

  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - tomato
  • 100 g - paneer, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp - kasoori methi
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp - garam masala
  • 1 tsp - ghee
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Paneer kasuri methi sabzi

  • Chop onion lengthwise. Deseed the tomato and dice.
  • Heat ghee and saute onion till it turns brown. Add tomato and fry till tender.
  • Add paneer cubes, salt and spices.
  • Add kasuri methi and fry quickly on moderate flame. Ensure it blends well.
  • Serve hot with warm phulkas.
