Ingredients

  • 300 to 400 g - paneer
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - ground garlic
  • 1 tsp - ground ginger
  • 2 to 3 - chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp - red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp - dhania powder
  • 2 bunch - kotmir (coriander leaves), ground
  • pinch - tandoori colour
  • 4 to 5 tbsp - plain flour/maida
  • salt to taste

How to Make Paneer Kebabs

  • Grate the paneer.
  • Add the next 7 ingredients to the grated paneer.
  • Add to boiled and grated potatoes (optional - help to increase the quantity).
  • Heat oil for frying.
  • Deep-fry the mix.
  • If the kababs are breaking while frying, add more maida to the mixture.
