Ingredients

  • 300 to 400 g - Paneer
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - ground Garlic
  • 1 tsp - ground Ginger
  • 2 to 3 - chopped Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp - Dhania powder
  • 2 bunch - kotmir (coriander leaves), ground
  • pinch - tandoori colour
  • 4 to 5 tbsp - plain flour/maida
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Paneer Kebabs:

    1. Grate the paneer.
    2. Add the next 7 ingredients to the grated paneer.
    3. Add to boiled and grated potatoes (optional - help to increase the quantity).
    4. Heat oil for frying.
    5. Deep-fry the mix.
    6. If the kababs are breaking while frying, add more maida to the mixture.
