Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Paneer (grated)
  • 2 cups - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp - Almonds (sliced)
  • A pinch of Kesar
  • 1 tsp - chirongi
  • How to Make Paneer ki kheer:

    1. Heat milk in a pan reduce it till half.
    2. Add in rest of the ingredients and cook for 5 more minutes.
    3. Serve hot or if you like it cold, chill it in the fridge and enjoy!
