  • 1/2 cup - paneer (grated)
  • 2 cups - milk
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • 1 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp - almonds (sliced)
  • A pinch of kesar
  • 1 tsp - chirongi

How to Make Paneer ki kheer

  • Heat milk in a pan reduce it till half.
  • Add in rest of the ingredients and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Serve hot or if you like it cold, chill it in the fridge and enjoy!
