Ingredients

  • 350 gms - Paneer
  • 3 tbsp - Flour
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • 4 chopped - Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - Chopped coriander
  • Ghee for deep frying
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Paneer Kofta

  • Crumble the paneer and knead it well.
  • Mix it with the flour, baking powder, chillies, coriander and salt.
  • Shape into small balls and deep fry in ghee.
  • Keep aside.
