Ingredients

  • Paneer - 250 g
  • Onion - 2 medium, cut into square pieces
  • Green chilly - 3
  • Ginger - 1 inch piece, cut round
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1.5 tsp
  • Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Kaskas - 1 tsp
  • Water - 1.5 cup
  • Coconut Milk - 1 cup
  • Green peas - 1/4 cup
  • Paneer - 1 cup
  • A bunch - Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Paneer Kurma - Stew:

    1. Add onion, green chillies, ginger, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kaskas, red chilly powder and water to a hot pan.
    2. When cooked, cool and grind it into a paste.
    3. To the hot pan, add the paste.
    4. Add to it green peas, paneer and salt to taste.
    5. Add coconut milk when the curry boils .
    6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
