Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Paneer
  • 1 cup - sweetened condensed Milk
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • Crushed nuts or desiccated Coconut - just enough to roll the sweets

How to Make Paneer Malai Ladoo

  • Mix the paneer and condensed milk in heavy bottomed pan. Heat the pan in a medium heat and stir continuously without burning at the bottom.
  • At first it will become runny and liquid, as you keep stirring, it will thicken and leave the sides of the pan. At this stage add the cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Take it off from heat, let it cool down, then take a small lime size balls, roll between your palms, then roll it in crushed nuts or desiccated coconut.
  • Repeat with remaining mixture and serve.
