How to Make Paneer Manchurian

  • In a large bowl mix the paneer, parsley, nuts, flour, spring onions, garlic, pepper, salt, sugar and the green chillies
  • Now add 1/3rd of the tomato, soya and chilli sauces and vinegar
  • Blend well to form a thick mixture, add some water if required
  • Make 1.5" sized balls of this mixture and deep fry till golden brown
  • In a saucepan, add all the remaining sauces and vinegar with 2 cups of water and boil
  • Add salt to taste, sugar and the corn flour
  • Let it simmer
  • Add the balls and simmer for 2 mins
  • Garnish with onion leeks.
