Ingredients

  • 200g - Paneer
  • 2 - onions
  • 1 large capsicum
  • 10 button mushrooms
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 5 cloves - garlic
  • 1 tsp- oil
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp - honey
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp - chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - lemon

How to Make Paneer mushroom kebab

  • Cut paneer into one inch cubes.
  • Cut onion into one inch size pieces. Deseed and cut capsicum into 1 inch size pieces.
  • Clean mushroom.
  • Chop green chillies and grind together with ginger and garlic.
  • In a bowl, mix honey, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, garam masala and chat masala.
  • Marinate paneer, mushrooms, tomatoes, capsicum and onion in this mixture for one hour.
  • Skewer these marinated pieces and grill for 15 mins in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree C.
