Ingredients

  • 6 - Wheat bread slices
  • 6 tsps - Tomato ketchup
  • For topping:
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 1 - small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - chopped ginger, Garlic
  • 1/2 - Capsicum
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • A pinch of Turmeric powder
  • A pinch of black salt
  • 50 g - chopped Paneer
  • 3 tbsps - coriander
  • 3 tbsps - Mint
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Paneer Open Sandwich:

    1. Heat oil, add onion, ginger-garlic and fry till onions turn translucent.
    2. Add chopped capsicum, green chillies, turmeric powder, black salt and saute for 2 mins.
    3. Add paneer, chopped coriander, mint, salt and finally lemon juice. Saute for 1 minute.
    4. Spread tomato ketchup on the bread and some of the topping.
    5. Toast in an oven at 200 degrees C for 2 mins and serve.
