Ingredients

  • 1 cup - besan
  • 1 cup - paneer, grated
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger/garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup - Cashew nuts
  • Fresh coriander
  • Oil to deep fry
  • Water to mix
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Paneer Pakoda

  • Take besan and add all the ingredients into it.
  • Mix with water to a thick paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Deep-fry in the oil.
  • Serve hot with sauce.
