Ingredients

  • Paneer - 200 g
  • Green chillies - 4
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - 4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Paneer Paranthas

  • Grate the paneer.
  • Pour some oil in a kadai, add the finely chopped chillies and turmeric powder. Saute
  • Add paneer and fry.
  • Knead wheat flour with oil and a pinch of salt into a thick dough.
  • Make a small, thick roti, place the stuffing of paneer in it and make thick paranthas.
  • Fry them in ghee.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
