  • Paneer - 200 gm
  • roasted Peanuts - 4 tbsp
  • chili powder - 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger - 1 tsp, chopped
  • dry Mango powder (aamchoor) - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric leaves - 6
  • salt to taste

How to Make Paneer Parcels

  • Cut paneer into 6 rectangle pieces.
  • Slit each piece horizontally keeping the two parts attached at one side.
  • Grind all the ingredients from peanuts to mango powder together to a stiff coarse paste.
  • Divide the paste into 6 portions and stuff it between the two layers of each paneer pieces.
  • Wrap each piece in a turmeric leaf and tie with a thread to make a neat parcel.
  • Deep fry the parcels in hot oil.
