  • 1 cup - Paneer pieces
  • 2 tbsp - Almond powder
  • 1/2 cup- raw Rice
  • 1/2 litre Milk + 2 tbsp of Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • few strands of Saffron
  • 1 tsp - Ghee
  • few Pomegranate pieces
  • How to Make Paneer Rice Pudding:

    1. Take a pressure cooker, add 1 tsp of ghee and roast the raw rice for few minutes.
    2. Add the milk and sugar, close the cooker with lid n pressure cook them up to 5 hisses.
    3. Keep aside and let them cool.
    4. Grind finely the paneer pieces and almond powder with 2 tbsp of milk into thick a paste.
    5. Open the pressure cooker and blend coarsely with hand blender.
    6. Add the thick grounded paste of paneer-almond, bring everything to boil.
    7. Add the cardamom powder and saffron strands.
    8. Keep aside and let them cool.
    9. Keep this in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
    10. Serve chilled, garnish them with pomegranate pieces.
