Ingredients

  • 250 g - Paneer ( cut into small cubes)
  • 1 - medium sized Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 - medium sized Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1 - medium sized Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1 - medium sized Cucumber (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seed powder
  • 1/2 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp - finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Paneer Salad:

    1. In an attractive glass bowl, place the paneer cubes.
    2. Add the chopped onions, capsicum, tomatoes and cucumber.
    3. Sprinkle salt, cumin seed powder and pepper powder.
    4. Very gently toss it.
    5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve cold.
