  • 250 g - Paneer ( cut into small cubes)
  • 1 - medium sized Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 - medium sized Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1 - medium sized Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1 - medium sized Cucumber (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seed powder
  • 1/2 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp - finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • salt to taste

How to Make Paneer Salad

  • In an attractive glass bowl, place the paneer cubes.
  • Add the chopped onions, capsicum, tomatoes and cucumber.
  • Sprinkle salt, cumin seed powder and pepper powder.
  • Very gently toss it.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve cold.
