Ingredients

  • 1 cup - soya granules or chunks
  • 1/2 cup - crumbled paneer
  • 1/2 cup - finely, chopped onions
  • 1 - green chilli slit
  • 1 spring - curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - ginger, garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp each - mustard and cumin
  • Pinch of - turmeric
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - garam masala
  • Lemon juice - optional
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Paneer soya bhurji

  • Heat oil in a wide pan, and crackle mustard and cumin, add curry leaves.
  • Add onions and chilli, fry till they turn translucent
  • Add ginger garlic paste, saute
  • Add the soya granules, salt and turmeric, fry for 2 mins, cover and cook till the soya granules are cooked fully, if needed just sprinkle little water
  • Add red chilli powder, garam masala, crumbled paneer and lemon juice.
  • Mix well and fry for 3 mins on a medium flame.
  • Serve.
