How to Make Paneer Subz Bahar

  • Cut the paneer into tiny cubes.
  • Heat butter and oil in a kadai and splutter the cumin seeds and the hing in it.
  • Add the ginger-garlic paste and the chopped onions.
  • Saute until light brown in colour.
  • Add the remaining vegetables (except tomato) along with salt and turmeric -powder and cook it covered for around 4-5 mins.
  • Once the vegetables soften, add the full cream, the paneer cubes and chopped tomato with the remaining spices.
  • Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
