How to Make Paneer tikka hariyali

  • Make a paste with besan, yogurt, finely ground chilli, spinach leaves, 2 tbsp. oil, salt and garam masala.
  • Apply the paste to paneer pieces.
  • Leave aside for an hour.
  • Arrange the paneer tikkas on greased skewers.
  • Barbecue on charcoal fire or keep the skewers on the wire rack (keep a baking tray underneath to collect the juices).
  • Grill the paneer tikkas under a hot grill till evenly brown.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala and serve with salad.
