  • 1 packet - Paneer
  • Baby Corn
  • 2 to 3 - Onions, chopped
  • 3-4 chopped Tomatoes
  • 3tbsp - oil
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Maida
  • 1 tsp - Red chili powder
  • Turmeric powder (a pinch)
  • 1 tsp - Coriander power
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Paneer with Baby corn

  • Take oil, fry the chopped onions. Add the green chillies. When the onions turn lightly brown, add maida and stir constantly. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander power. Salt to taste.
  • Cook well.
  • Add in the chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are tender.
  • Grind the entire mixture in a mixie with little water.
  • In a separate vessel fry square pieces of paneer with baby corn.
  • Add the masala paste and little water and cook on slow flame for 4-5 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve.
