Ingredients

  • 2-3 nos. - potato, boiled & grated
  • 2 nos. - onions, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 no.- green chilli, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - amchur powder
  • 5 nos.- Lijjat papad

How to Make Papadam Roll

  • Take grated potato in a bowl. Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, red chilli powder and amchoor powder in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Now take a round papad, spread little water on it and place the stuffing on it.
  • Make a roll of the papad, folding it from all 4 sides.
  • Now fry that roll on low flame in a non-stick frying pan till the papad is done.
  • Serve it hot with ketchup.
