Ingredients

  • 300 gms - boneless fish
  • 2 chopped Onions
  • 2 tbsp. - Olive oil
  • 2 chopped Tomatoes (seeds removed)
  • 3 Green chillies (finely chopped)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • For serving:
  • papad or lavsa, biscuits
  • How to Make Papads or lavsa topped with fish:

    1. Boil the fish and remove the skin and bones, if any. Place in a mixing bowl and mash. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    2. Mix well. Add the other ingredients and serve on papads or lavsa or biscuits and cookies.
