Ingredients

  • 1 - apple, roughly diced
  • 1 - small papaya
  • 1 tbsp - orange Tang or similar concentrate
  • 3 tsp - sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon, extracted
  • 700 ml - chilled water
  • 1/4 tsp - salt

How to Make Papaya-Apple Combo

  • Peel, deseed and slice papaya into big chunks.
  • Put papaya and apple in an electric blender.
  • Add all other ingredients.
  • Run mixer till ingredients are very smooth.
  • Add water and run further till mixture is even and frothy.
  • Strain through a non-metallic sieve.
  • Pour into individual glass while still frothy.
  • Serve chilled.
