How to Make Papaya Fry

  • Wash and grate the papaya.
  • Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard and add red chillies.
  • Now add the grated papaya, salt and turmeric powder into it.
  • Fry it in a high flame for 5 minutes, and then cover and cook for 5 minutes in a low flame.
  • Add sugar and mix well.
  • Serve hot.
