1 cup - ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and cubed

3/4 cup - cold water

3 tbsp - Honey

2 - ice-cubes

1 tsp - fresh Lime juice

1 tsp - fresh Mint juice

Black salt - to taste


  1. Place papaya cubes, fresh lime juice, mint juice, honey, cold water, black salt, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend till smooth.
  2. Papaya summer cool is ready.
  3. Pour it in serving glass.
  4. Serve chilled.
