Ingredients

  • 8- Potatoes (halved lengthwise)
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1 tsp - Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp - Dry Parsley leaves.

How to Make Paprika Spiced Potato Wedges

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degree F. Then line a baking sheet over a baking tray.
  • Mix the potatoes, olive oil, paprika powder, salt, pepper powder, cumin powder and dry parsley leaves in a bowl.
  • Now arrange the spiced potatoes over the lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 30-35 mins.
  • Serve with ketchup.
