  • 250 g - Rice
  • 1/2 cup - Cashew nuts
  • 1/4 cup - Milk
  • 2 Lemon size - Jaggery
  • 2 - elaichi
  • How to Make Paramannamu:

    1. Cook the rice. When it's almost done, add milk and jaggery. Cook on a low flame.
    2. Fry cashewnuts till light brown. Powder cardamom.
    3. Once the jaggery has melted and the rice is done, add cashews, powdered cardamom and mix well.
