  • 250 g - rice
  • 1/2 cup - cashew nuts
  • 1/4 cup - milk
  • 2 lemon size - jaggery
  • 2 - elaichi

How to Make Paramannamu

  • Cook the rice. When it's almost done, add milk and jaggery. Cook on a low flame.
  • Fry cashewnuts till light brown. Powder cardamom.
  • Once the jaggery has melted and the rice is done, add cashews, powdered cardamom and mix well.
