  • 2 cups - Wheat flour
  • 2 tsps - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Clarified Butter
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • How to Make Parath Parantha:

    1. Mix all the masala powders with salt and pepper, and keep aside.
    2. Add the oil to the flour and knead into a dough with some water.
    3. Pinch off a ball, roll it out into a thin roti. Apply some ghee on top and sprinkle with the masala powders.
    4. Slice the roti into squares and stack them on top of the other.
    5. Compress them and then roll out into a roti again.
    6. Deep-fry the roti on low flame.
    7. Serve hot with sabzi, pickle or chutneys.
