  • 1/2 cup - any leftover vegetable dish
  • Chapatti flour - as required
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tsp - ajwain
  • Chilli powder - to taste
  • A pinch of Turmeric
  • How to Make Paratha:

    1. Put the vegetables into a blender and blend into a paste with a little water.
    2. Add this paste to chapatti flour. Add the remaining ingredients and knead.
    3. Make balls from the dough, roll out parathas and shallow-fry on both sides.
