Paratha pizza

1 cup - Gobi (cauliflower) 80 gm

1 cup - Flour 60 gm

1/2 tsp - Green chillies (chopped) 2 gm

1 tbsp - Green coriander (finely chopped) 10 gm

1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder 1 gm

1/2 tsp - Amchoor powder 2 gm

1/2 tsp - Ajwain 1 gm

1/2 tsp - Chat masala 2 gm

Salt to taste

1 tbsp oil for frying 20 gm

For topping

1/2 Capsicum slice 40 gm

1 small Onion slice 50 gm

1 tbsp grated cheese 14 gm

1 tbsp creamy spread cheesy Garlic 20 gm


  1. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients. Make small balls; roll out each ball into a thick paratha. Cook on the tawa on both sides and keep aside.
  2. Than take paratha and apply creamy spread (cheesy garlic) on top.
  3. Spread cut veg and spring cheese on top and bake in oven till cheese garlic is golden.
