Ingredients

  • 3 - leftover lachha parathas
  • 500 ml - milk
  • 100 ml - condensed milk
  • 25 g - plain khova
  • 3 tsp - ghee
  • 1/2 tsp - cardamom powder
  • a few drops - rose essence (optional)
  • a few shredded almonds and pistachio or cashew nuts

How to Make Parathas with Rabri

  • Reheat the parathas on a hot tawa using a little ghee.
  • Boil milk. Crumble the khova and add to milk.
  • Add condensed milk.
  • Simmer for 2 minutes and remove from heat, add cardamom powder and rose essence.
  • Pour the rabri in a wide basin.
  • Soak the parathas in it for 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve sprinkled with nuts.
