Ingredients

  • 3 - leftover lachha parathas
  • 500 ml - Milk
  • 100 ml - condensed Milk
  • 25 g - plain khova
  • 3 tsp - Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • a few drops - rose essence (optional)
  • a few shredded Almonds and Pistachio or Cashew nuts
  • How to Make Parathas with Rabri:

    1. Reheat the parathas on a hot tawa using a little ghee.
    2. Boil milk. Crumble the khova and add to milk.
    3. Add condensed milk.
    4. Simmer for 2 minutes and remove from heat, add cardamom powder and rose essence.
    5. Pour the rabri in a wide basin.
    6. Soak the parathas in it for 10-15 minutes.
    7. Serve sprinkled with nuts.
