Ingredients

  • 300g - Shelled and deveined prawns
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 - Green chilli, chopped
  • 1 - Large onion, chopped
  • 6 - Pods garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seed
  • 1 - Small bunch coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil - for deep frying

How to Make Parsi Kolmi Kebab

  • Marinate the prawns in salt for 45 mins
  • Then wash the prawns and pound them
  • Add the remaining ingredients, except the egg, and blend well
  • Now mix the egg.
  • Prepare small balls and flatten them with your hands
  • Heat oil in a shallow pan and fry until pink
  • Serve hot.
