Ingredients

  • 300g - Shelled and deveined Prawns
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 - Green chilli, chopped
  • 1 - Large onion, chopped
  • 6 - Pods garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seed
  • 1 - Small bunch coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil - for deep frying
  • How to Make Parsi Kolmi Kebab:

    1. Marinate the prawns in salt for 45 mins
    2. Then wash the prawns and pound them
    3. Add the remaining ingredients, except the egg, and blend well
    4. Now mix the egg.
    5. Prepare small balls and flatten them with your hands
    6. Heat oil in a shallow pan and fry until pink
    7. Serve hot.
