  • 2- eggs
  • 1 tbsp- onion, finely chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • 2 tbsp- coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2- green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp- Cumin seeds powder
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • How to Make Parsi Poro (Omelette):

    1. Separate the eggs. Beat the whites till frothy.
    2. Add yolk and continue beating.
    3. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix it well.
    4. Heat the griddle. Put some oil in it.
    5. Pour half of the egg mixture.
    6. Cook till the omelette is golden brown on slow flame.
    7. Turn the omelette. Let the other side also get cooked until golden brown.
    8. Remove from fire and serve hot.
    9. Repeat the same for remaining mixture.
