Ingredients

  • 2- eggs
  • 1 tbsp- onion, finely chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • 2 tbsp- coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2- green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp- Cumin seeds powder
  • Oil for shallow frying

How to Make Parsi Poro (Omelette)

  • Separate the eggs. Beat the whites till frothy.
  • Add yolk and continue beating.
  • Add the remaining ingredients. Mix it well.
  • Heat the griddle. Put some oil in it.
  • Pour half of the egg mixture.
  • Cook till the omelette is golden brown on slow flame.
  • Turn the omelette. Let the other side also get cooked until golden brown.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
  • Repeat the same for remaining mixture.
