Ingredients

  • 2 cups - red Pumpkin (cubed and boiled)
  • 1 Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp - Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 2 - Green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 tsp - ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup - Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder, roasted
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Parsi style pumpkin:

    1. Add the ginger, green chillies, tomatoes, onions and coriander leaves to the pumpkin. Mix well and keep aside.
    2. Beat the yoghurt with salt and sugar and chill the yoghurt mixture.
    3. Sprinkle the roasted cumin seed powder on the yoghurt and serve chilled.
