  • 2 cups - red pumpkin (cubed and boiled)
  • 1 tomato (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp - coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 2 - green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 tsp - ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup - yoghurt
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder, roasted
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Parsi style pumpkin

  • Add the ginger, green chillies, tomatoes, onions and coriander leaves to the pumpkin. Mix well and keep aside.
  • Beat the yoghurt with salt and sugar and chill the yoghurt mixture.
  • Sprinkle the roasted cumin seed powder on the yoghurt and serve chilled.
