  • 1 packet - Pastry Puffs.
  • 1 Kg - frozen chopped Spinach.
  • 1 Kg - Cream Cheese (preferably Onion and Chive Flavour).
  • Salt.
  • pepper.

How to Make Pastry Puffs

  • First thaw out the pastry sheets.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees C.
  • Defrost spinach in the microwave and then drain out all of the excess water.
  • Add cream cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Cut sheets into little squares and spoon one tbsp of the mixture onto the square.
  • Put water around the edges and seal it in the shape of a triangle.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
  • Serve hot as cocktail snacks.
