Ingredients

  • 1 packet - Pastry Puffs.
  • 1 Kg - frozen chopped Spinach.
  • 1 Kg - Cream Cheese (preferably Onion and Chive Flavour).
  • Salt.
  • pepper.
  • How to Make Pastry Puffs:

    1. First thaw out the pastry sheets.
    2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees C.
    3. Defrost spinach in the microwave and then drain out all of the excess water.
    4. Add cream cheese, salt and pepper.
    5. Cut sheets into little squares and spoon one tbsp of the mixture onto the square.
    6. Put water around the edges and seal it in the shape of a triangle.
    7. Bake for 20 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
    8. Serve hot as cocktail snacks.
