Ingredients

  • 200 g - fish fillet.
  • 10 g - coriander.
  • 10 g - coconut.
  • 10 g - mint.
  • 5 g - green chilli.
  • 5 g - onion.
  • 5 ml - Lemon juice.
  • 2 g - salt.
  • 2 - Banana leaves.

How to Make

  • Wash the fish and pat dry on kitchen towel.
  • Make a paste with the rest of the ingredients except for the banana leaf.
  • Coat the fish with the paste.
  • Wrap in the banana leaf and steam.
