  • 1 - cabbage, medium size
  • 1 tsp - garlic onion paste
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - haldi
  • mirchi powder
  • garam masala
  • salt to taste

How to Make Pattagobhi Ke Karele

  • Prepare onion garlic paste and fry in kadai till golden brown colour.
  • Peel the cabbage leaves and separate them. Add the masala in the cabbage leaves.
  • Roll each leaf and tie with a thread.
  • Boil some water, put a steel chili on the kadai and keep rolls of cabbage leaves on it.
  • Cook for about 20 minutes on sum.
  • Now remove the rolls of cabbage and untie the thread.
  • Cut the rolls into pieces and garnish with coriander.
