Ingredients

  • 1 cup - tuvar dal, soaked in water.
  • 2 cups - Fenugreek leaves, minced .
  • 1 cup - Spinach leaves, minced .
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves, minced .
  • 6 Garlic Cloves .
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder .
  • 1 tomato, minced .
  • 3 green chillies, minced .
  • 3 tsp - oil .
  • Salt to taste .

How to Make Pattion ki dal

  • Cook dal with all leaves, tomato, green chillies, turmeric and salt till soft. Churn and blend.
  • Heat oil. Add minced garlic.
  • Once it is brown, pour over dal.
  • Serve with rice.
