  • 150 g - Wheat flour.
  • 75g - bean.
  • 100 g - ground nuts.
  • 100 g - Til.
  • 50 g - jaggery.
  • 200 g - ghee.
  • 150 g - mustard seeds.
  • How to Make Paushtic Burfi:

    1. Roast wheat flour and besan in ghee till flavour comes. Add jaggery and mix well.
    2. Then add roasted til and roasted powdered ground nuts. Mix well.
    3. Remove it from the fire.
    4. Spread it on a greased plate and on cooling cut it into pieces.
