Ingredients

  • 150 g - Wheat flour.
  • 75g - bean.
  • 100 g - ground nuts.
  • 100 g - Til.
  • 50 g - jaggery.
  • 200 g - ghee.
  • 150 g - mustard seeds.

How to Make Paushtic Burfi

  • Roast wheat flour and besan in ghee till flavour comes. Add jaggery and mix well.
  • Then add roasted til and roasted powdered ground nuts. Mix well.
  • Remove it from the fire.
  • Spread it on a greased plate and on cooling cut it into pieces.
