Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 20 gm.
  • Bengal grams flour (Besan) -60 gm.
  • Roasted and ground Peanuts - 20 gm.
  • Onions -20 gm.
  • Tomatoes -20 gm.
  • Ghee -20 gm.
  • Coriander leaves - a small bunch.
  • Salt - According to your taste.
  • How to Make Paushtik Omelette:

    1. Prepare a thin mixture of wheat flour, Bengal gram flour (besan), grounded peanuts and water.
    2. Chop onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves. Mix in the above mixture.
    3. Make omelettes in a non-stick pan or on a tawa.
    4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.
